CVs are invited for following positions in Reliability Centered Maintenance Department (RCM), based at Maple Leaf Cement Ltd Plant Site, lskanderabad, District Mianwali.
- Manager - Engineering (RCM)
• BSc. Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy) from HEC / PEC recognized Institution with minimum (10) to (15) years of relevant experience.
• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Management I Technical Trainings
• Knowledge of Projects planning & execution
Key Responsibilities:
• Projects planning, execution, monitoring and closing
• Engineering I Technical reports writing /study
• Drawing office management / operational support
• Develop EPC projects feasibility report
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Determine project objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Ensure implementation of engineering material specification standards
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assistant Manager! Deputy Manager - Planning (RCM)
• BSc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from HECIPEC recognized Institution with minimum (02) to (04) years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and propose preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance plans, that equipments require from their start-up and throughout their life cycle, specifying.
• Updating frequency for each maintenance task, based on a normal operation and on the objectives of the Maintenance function.
• Suggest specific activities for inspection, lubrication, cleaning and change of parts, based on recommendations by the manufacturer, the supplier and from the own experience of the personnel at Plant, in order to timely detect and/or to avoid equipment deterioration.
• Provide technical support and follow-up to major and highly specialized maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that all maintenance and operating tasks at Plant are scheduled and planned as specified, follow up the quality of jobs performed.
• Promote ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures. Work together with ongoing improvement teams and visualize the opportunities of investigation to improve machines with respect to availability and reliability.

- Assistant Manager! Deputy Manager - Inspection & Testing (RCM)
Requisite Qualification. Experience & Trainings:
• BSc. Mechanical Engineering from HECIPEC recognized Institution with minimum (02) to (04) years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.

- Jr. Officer / Associate Engineer - Projects (RCM)
Requisite Qualification. Experience & Traininas:
• DAE Mechanical / Civil with minimum (05) to (08) years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• To Plan, schedule and execute new Project, modifications and improvements
• To coordinate with all the concern departments and contractors related to project execution
- Jr. Officer / Associate Engineer - Inspection & Testing (RCM)
Requisite Qualifkation. Experience & Traininas:
• DAE Mechanical/ Electrical /Chemical with minimum (05) to (08) years of relevant job experience Kev Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• To execute inspection plan as per defined frequencies
• To communicate / update all the points/ queries after inspection
- Jr. Officer / Associate Engineer — Lubrication (RCM)
Requisite Qualification. Experience & Trainings:
• DAE Mechanical with minimum (05) to (08) years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• To execute lubrication plan as per defined frequencies • To communicate / update all the points/queries after lubrication
