PROJECT MANAGER
BSc. in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 20 years experience in Building Construction with minimum 05- years as Project Manager. 
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
BSc in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 15 years experience in Building Construction. Candidates with DAE in Civil but having exceptional capabilities and minimum 20 years relevant experience can be considered.
PLANNING/COORDINATION ENGINEERS
BSc in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 07 years experience, particularly in Planning & Project Co-ordination. Must be proficient in planning software such as MS Project/Primavera P6/P3.
SITE ENGINEERS Structure&Finish.
BSc in Coil Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 05 years of Site experience in Building Construction.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
 BSc in Electrical Engineering (PEC Registered) with at Bast 10 years experience in Building Construction where modern building management, fire protection and security surveillance systems have been installed. Work experience in a Hotel/Flospital project shall be preferred.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
 BSc in Mechanical Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 10 years experience of Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing/Fire Fighting) in Building Construction. Work experience in a Hotel/Hospital project shall be preferred.
PROCUREMENT ENGINEERS
BSc Civil Engineer with minimum 10 -years of experience in building material procurement.
QUANTITY CONTROL ENGINEERS
BSc in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 10 years experience of Quality Control Management at Building Sites.
TRAINEE ENGINEERS
 BSc in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Engineering (PEC Registered) with not more than 02 years experience.
HSE ENGINEERS
 BSc in Civil/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering (PEC Registered) with at least 05 years of Site experience in Building Construction( Ayoush /Nebosh course will be preferred).
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Estimation having at least 10 years of relevant experience.
SUPERVISORS(Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Diploma in relevant discipline having at least 05 years of Site experience in Building Construction.
BUILDING SURVEYOR
Diploma in Survey having at least 10 years experience of Building Construction. Must be proficient with electronic equipment.

     Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and propose preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance plans, that equipments require from their start-up and throughout their life cycle, specifying.
• Updating frequency for each maintenance task, based on a normal operation and on the objectives of the Maintenance function.
• Suggest specific activities for inspection, lubrication, cleaning and change of parts, based on recommendations by the manufacturer, the supplier and from the own experience of the personnel at Plant, in order to timely detect and/or to avoid equipment deterioration.
• Provide technical support and follow-up to major and highly specialized maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that all maintenance and operating tasks at Plant are scheduled and planned as specified, follow up the quality of jobs performed.
• Promote ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures. Work together with ongoing improvement teams and visualize the opportunities of investigation to improve machines with respect to availability and reliability.
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
